Q: What will be new for me now that you are changing brand names?
A: First of all, we have changes our name from Participant UK to LetsReg and our domain has changed from participant.co.uk to letsreg.co/uk. Our new website has a brand new design and is full of relevant content that will help you succeed with your courses, events or bookings. The solution itself will also be updated to a new and modern design with improved UX. In addition, all our customers will have the opportunity to start using our new booking solution and event layout, as well as a new and modern search page where their event can be promoted.
Q: Is there anything I as an organiser have to do now that you are going to change the brand name?
A: No, you as our customer do not need to actively do anything, but we would recommend that you use our new tag function to tag or categorize your existing events so that they appear as hits on our upcoming search page. You will receive a separate email with information on how to use the tag function as soon as it is ready for use.
Q: Will my existing registration pages still work?
A: Yes, all your registration pages that you have set up with us will work after the transition to our new brand.
Q: What happens to the links to my registration pages?
A: All the registration pages will get a corresponding URL on our new domain, letsreg.co/uk, to which all traffic will automatically be forwarded. This means that you can still use the old link, but it will forward your participants to a new link with the same registration form.
Q: What are the benefits of your new search page?
A: With LetsReg and the new website comes a brand new search page that will make it easy for participants to find courses and events they are interested in. There will be filters on the search page based on interests, geographical location and time period. This will help our organisers reach out to more potential participants and get more registrations.
Q: I have my own search page with you. Will it still work?
A: Your search page will still work after the transition to the new brand name and the old URL can continue to be used. There is therefore nothing you need to do related to your search page.
Q: Will you change your legal name and organisation number?
A: No, we will keep the same legal name, Participant UK Ltd, and the company number, 06135167.
Q: What happens to the agreement or contract I have with you?
A: As we will not change our legal name or organisation number, all agreements and contracts will remain valid and do not need to be entered into again.
Q: I have my own design template. Does it still work?
A: Yes, if you have your own custom design template, it will still be available after the rebrand.
Q: Will integrations still work?
A: Yes, integrations will be maintained further. If you should experience problems with integrations, please contact support@letsreg.co.
Q: What happens to payments, invoices and/or receipts?
A: As we keep our legal name, Participant UK Ltd, nothing will happen. Invoices, payments and receipts will still be current and valid. After the transition, everyone who uses Participants's standard design will switch to LetsReg's standard design. New invoices, receipts and payments will still go through Participant's payment solution, and Participant UK will still be responsible for processing.
Q: What is the new event layout?
A: In recent years, we have spent a lot of time and resources on simplifying and modernising our event setup to make it even more user-friendly for our organisers.

Q: How do I access the new event setup?
A: If you are currently using our original event setup, you can send us an inquiry to support@letsreg.co and ask for access to the new setup. Remember to include the name of the organiser account you would like the setup activated on.

A: The new booking solution is now exclusively available to those of you who are already customers of ours. You will find more information and can request access to the booking solution here .
Q: Will my login information change?
A: No, you log in with the same username and password that you used previously.

A: No, you will not have to change any registration links, and your login portal will remain the same.
