In this user guide, we will talk you through how to set up a booking page for pitch booking.
How to set up your booking page
1. Go to the menu on the left hand side, and click on "Create new booking."
2. Select "Proceed to setup"
3. Enter the name of your booking page, choose whether it will be a physical or virtual meeting, and then select the location if relevant.
4. Select the "Pitch booking" option.
5. Choose which pitch options you wish to offer to your customers.
6. Enter the contact information for your customers to reach out to you if they need to. Then, choose whether it will be a paid or free event.
7. Please also determine whether you are a company or individual, and then enter the information requested for security reasons.
8. If you wish, you can upload an image (optional) and add an event description (optional).
9. Please click on "Save & Continue"
Step 2 - Registration form
10. Specify how long each booking will last, and then specify the dates within which the booking page will be available. You can set a start and end date here.
11. After entering the dates, choose which days and times your booking sessions will run each week.
12. If needed, you can add date specific hours. Please click on the "+" icon.
13. Here, you can add a manual override on the weekly dates set, for specific dates, e.g., if you are not running sessions on a particular day that differs from normal, you can set that here.
14. Click on "Save & Continue"
15. Set the price. You can create one or more price categories depending on your requirements.
16. Review the questions, with the option to add new ones if you wish. You can also modify existing ones to choose the priority and other settings.
17. Click on
"Save & Continue"
Step 3 - Settings
18. Set the "Page options" as required.
19. You can determine the way you display your time-slots here.
20. If you require, you can add additional text to your order confirmation here, which will display as standard for all bookings on this page. In the "Bcc" box, you can add your own email address to receive a copy of each order confirmation (optional).
21. Click on "Publish"
22. You can now share the booking link with your customers, and online/via social media. If you wish to make any changes to the page settings, you can go back in and make these.
