In this article we will guide you through the process of setting up your first registration page using LetsReg.
1. On the left-hand menu, click Create event page
2. Select Create new and Create new (new event setup)
3. Click Regular event, Create a new event and then Proceed to setup
4. Add a title for your event, then enter the venue address.
5. Using the calendar, select the start date and time for the event.
6. Follow the same process for the event finish date and time. Events can take place over one day, or multiple days.
7. If you wish to add a registration deadline, tick Set specific open and close times for event page and enter the dates that you wish to open and close the form.
8. If you have instructors, you can assign them to the event. Underneath this, you can enter your contact details to display on the registration page; your customers can use these to contact you if they have questions prior to registering.
9. If your event is paid, please select Yes to this question. You will then be prompted to enter your account number; we (LetsReg) will use this to pay out your weekly settlement.
10. Select your chosen template design. Following this, you can upload an image (e.g., your logo) if you wish.
11. You can enter a description for your event here.
12. Using the menu at the top, click Save & Continue
13. Here, you can set your price and add multiple price categories if needed. You can also select the relevant VAT option.
14. The system will generate a standard list of questions, which you can adjust and modify to suit your requirements. You can adjust the order of questions by dragging and dropping them, as well as deciding whether they are active, and mandatory or optional.
To add a new question, click on Add new field.
15. When adding a new question, the system will ask you to select the relevant field type.
16. You can then enter the question title into the box.
17. If you are adding list options, you can enter these by clicking on the downwards arrow to expand the question box. New fields can be added by clicking on Add.
18. Click on Save & Continue at the top.
19. In the settings, you can select the event options that are relevant to you.
20. Selecting Event is visible to everyone will enable it to display in browser searches, and on your search page. If you wish to keep your registration page private, please ensure that this is not selected.
21. Click on Publish event.
22. The LetsReg system will automatically generate a link for your event page. If you wish to modify this, click on the pencil icon.
Following this, your event page is ready to go. Share it with the world and watch your bookings come rolling in!
