Where can I change the maximum number of spots for my event?

LetsReg gives a few options for setting the maximum number of available places for your event.  This can be selected depending on your requirements from the below:

• Maximum limit per price category - this is useful if you have multiple price categories for different registrants, for example, different age groups.
• Maximum limit for the overall event - this is relevant if your entire event has one maximum number of attendees who can book, regardless of price category.  This is also suitable for events that only have one price option.
• Maximum limit per session - this will benefit you if you use individual sessions, and enable participants to select their days or pick from a predetermined block of sessions.  Here, you can control the maximum number of attendees for a single timed session, ensuring that you never overbook.

1. Maximum limit per price category

You can enter a maximum limit of registrations per price category,  To do this, expand the box and enter a number in the Availability box.  If you wish to keep this unlimited, please leave this as 0.

2. Maximum limit for the overall event

Alternatively, you can set a maximum number of available spaces for the overall event.  To add this, go to the Settings stage of the event setup.  Underneath Participants, tick the option titled Set maximum number of available places and enter your required number.

3. Maximum limit per session

If your event uses multiple sessions, you can set a maximum number per session.  To adjust the number for every session, click Batch edit sessions.
