Guide 2: Sending a SMS message
Guide 1- Sending an email
Please click on "Create email"
You can filter recipients by criteria such as which price category they have selected, or only send emails to customers who have added an extra package, for example a dinner package. To do this, please untick "Send to all" and continue from there.
Alternatively, you can keep the settings as they are to send the email to all registered participants on your event.
In the email setup, you can enter a subject line and body text, with the option to attach files if required. You can also send a test email to check the contents of the message, if you wish.
You can either send the email immediately, schedule it to be sent on a predetermined date or time, or alternatively, you can set it to send a number of days before or after the event has taken place.
