At LetsReg, we provide you with the ability to market your event(s) to attendees from your previous ones, and/or a mailing list where you have permissions to market events to your recipients.
To access this, please click on Communications tool from your event setup page.
Select Invite participants and then either Create email or Create SMS:
You can choose between three options: importing a mailing list from a previous event, importing a list from an Excel spreadsheet, or manually adding recipients. In all cases, please ensure that you have the relevant permissions to market your future event(s) to these recipients.
In the email setup, you can use the default template or remove it and enter a subject line and body text, with the option to attach files if required. You can also send a test email to check the contents of the message, if you wish.
You can set the email to be valid indefinitely, or add an expiry date to the invitation.
You can send the invitation immediately, or schedule it to be sent at a predetermined date or time. Alternatively, you can set it to send a number of days before or after the event has taken place.
