Instalment payments on LetsReg enables you to create a payment plan with a weekly, monthly or yearly recurrence. Here, you can choose the payment date each month and select the end date for the plan. You can also reduce the frequency of the payment, e.g., changing the number to every "2" weeks, months or years; this number can also be increased further.
To use instalment payments, please click on Add price:
From there, please select Instalment payment from the Select price type menu:
You can then create the payment plan by entering the monthly price, choosing the frequency, and adding the instalment end date. You can also add the date the payment will be taken each month; in the example below, the "1" represents the 1st of the month.
Following this, you can complete the setup for the rest of the registration page and then start accepting registrations.
Your customers will receive a breakdown of their payment plan within their order confirmation. You may also wish to add this to the event description to ensure it is clear in all areas.

How to manage my scheduled payments
LetsReg provides you with a scheduled payments report, enabling you to locate paid, upcoming and failed payments. The system will send an email to notify your customers of each payment that is due, and if a payment fails, the system will automatically send an email to both you and your customer.
