If your event has a capacity, you may wish to add a waiting list to give your participants the option to join a queue. If a space becomes available, your waiting list will automatically assign the participant at the front of the queue and send an email with the registration and payment link.

1 - Switching on the waiting list functionality
To switch on the waiting list, navigate to the Settings tab of your event setup and then tick Enable waiting list:
You will then see the Waiting list settings box. Here, you can choose whether to apply the waiting list to the overall registrations list, or for an individual price category. You can also set the capacity for hte waiting list, as well as adding an optional booking deadline for a participant after they have been granted a place from the waiting list.
You can also add your email address in to receive a notification once your waiting list becomes activated; this means that the event is full and participants are therefore registering their place in the queue.

Once you have received registrations onto your waiting list, you will be able to access these here:
Here, you can see who is at the top of the priority list. This is automatically arranged by order of registration, however you can adjust it manually if required.
